Austin, Scott Graesser leverages over two decades of construction industry experience and an entrepreneurial spirit to navigate any challenge for the benefit of his business and customers. Scott’s mission and values drive him to serve well in all that he does and has incorporated them into the very fabric and heartbeat of Premier Stair & Door.
With her Texas Tech education and over two decades in the construction field, Matilde Resendiz is an authority in customer service, system training, and analytics. She's been instrumental in helping develop Premier's ERP, enhancing procedures and processes across all branches to optimize customer expectation and service.
Jordan Beard serves as General Manager of Premier Stair & Door, bringing strong operational experience, proven leadership, and a deep commitment to customer service and team development. After successfully leading PSD’s Dallas–Fort Worth branch, Jordan now oversees the company’s continued growth, operational performance, and strategic direction while helping ensure PSD remains a trusted partner to homebuilders across every Texas market we serve.
Bret Gibson serves as Estimating Manager for Premier Stair & Door, leading a corporate estimating team that supports PSD branches and customers across the country. Bret brings extensive operational knowledge and industry experience to his role, helping ensure accurate, consistent, and timely estimating while supporting the continued growth and success of every PSD market.
Having served in various roles in the DFW Branch, Richard Escobedo is well-versed in all things Premier Stair & Door. As the Operations Manager of the rapidly expanding Austin Branch, Richard is committed to serving his customers effectively while leveraging Premier's strengths and effectiveness.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Hollie McClellan thrives in the ebb and flow of operational challenges. An outdoor lover and musician at heart, she approaches every day as a new adventure. Her recent five years in a large building materials and construction solutions company add to her robust expertise. A proud Houston native, Hollie finds joy in guiding her team to deliver top-notch customer service with efficiency and excellence. She has a keen eye for consistency and believes in nurturing a repeatable operational framework.
Billy Porche serves as Operations Manager for Premier Stair & Door’s San Antonio market, bringing valuable operational experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service. After successfully serving as Warehouse Manager for PSD’s Dallas–Fort Worth operation, Billy now oversees the day-to-day operations in San Antonio, focusing on operational efficiency, team development, and ensuring PSD continues to deliver the quality and dependable service our customers expect.
